With the auction however, you set the time and price, buyers compete to

We started by using google when any searches was done on our site,
but it took too long to index new properties. So, we developed
our own engine, where you can search by property, area, bank or event
from a single text box.

I wanted to make it really easy and quick for people to find a property.
Just select a date from the calendar, and the left section will show
all properties for that event without reloading the page.
